Ayurvedic Cooking Classes
Ayurveda has survived to this day because it has been continuously in practice for the last 5,000 years. It guides a person toward a life style, a choice of foods and how to cook them.
In the Ayurvedic Cooking Classes we will share our knowledge about Ayurveda in a practical way. Together balancing Ayurvedic dishes are prepared and enjoyed.
You can bring balance to your body through daily practices including yogic exercise, rest, massage and the foods you eat and how you eat them.
All classes are offered as:
