Yoga Fundamentals and Foundation Workshop for beginners
Join us on this 5-day discovery of self through our yoga practice. In this workshop you will learn the basic poses, how to get into them and how to use your breath to open and explore your body in a safe and non-judgmental way. We will dive into standing poses, forward bends, back bends, twist, hip openers, inversions, floor and strength work and restorative poses as well as beginning breath exercises and meditation techniques that will help you develop a stronger practice and become more open in your life as well.
